UNITED STATES & CANADA

-We offer free ground shipping on all orders within United States.

-For expedite shipping and it's cost please contact our customer care at customercare@sarbani-nyc.com

-We process & ship orders Monday through Friday.

-You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time once your order ships.

-Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless noted otherwise.

-Processing time for personalized, custom-made and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description column and your order confirmation.

-You will be charged at the time the of order is placed.

-We require signature for items priced $150 and over. If you select “No Signature Required” Sarbani NYC will not be liable for any loss, stolen or damage caused after the items are delivered by the shipping company.

-For customers in CANADA:  We are not responsible for any delays, taxes and duties incurred at the time of shipment.

 

SHIPPING RATES

-Free shipping orders (Package arrives within- 5-8 business days after processing.)

-2nd Day- Please contact our sales team for 2 day shipping cost (Orders must be placed before 1 pm. Package arrives in 2 business days after processing.

Overnight – Please contact our sales team for overnight shipping cost  (Order must be placed before 1 pm.Package arrives the next business day after processing.)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

-We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

-Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

-We cannot be responsible for any weather delays.
